The collaboration aims to improve the measurement of motor symptoms, track disease progression, and advance clinical trial endpoints with greater precision.
The Opal® system collects detailed movement data via single- or multi-sensor setups, enabling detection of subtle changes in gait, balance, and mobility, offering precision beyond traditional assessments. This phase of the partnership focuses on testing Opal’s usability and effectiveness in remote and real-world settings, leveraging Clario’s Mobilise-D Digital Mobility Outcomes. The project will integrate validated digital endpoints into Parkinson’s studies, enhancing regulatory acceptance and providing objective measures for drug development.
